RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  • Return requests are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.

  • To qualify for a refund, returned item(s) must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all components intact.

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Submit a Return Request
    Go to our Return Policy Portal on our website and complete the form with your full name, email address, order number, and reason for return.

  2. Wait for Approval and Instructions
    Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive return instructions, including your return label.

  3. Ship Your Item(s)
    The item(s) must be shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping once your claim is approved through the Return Policy Portal.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used or partially used press-on nail sets

  • Items not returned in their original packaging

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

ShadePax reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above.

Any return requests beyond the 30-day period will not be accepted.

Fraud prevention measures require that refunds for defective, damaged, or incorrect items are not issued until the returned item(s) have been received and inspected at our facility.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to submit a return request for the item you have through the Return Policy Portal and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
