Cancellation Policy
At ShadePax, we work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your new nails without delay. This Cancellation Policy explains how order changes, cancellations, and address updates are handled.
Order Processing And Cancellation Window
Once an order is placed, our fulfillment center typically begins processing it within 12 hours. Because of this fast turnaround, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after your order is submitted.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@shadepax.com with your order number and details. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but:

Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

If a cancellation is approved, any refund will be issued back to your original form of payment.
Modifying Your Order
If you entered the wrong product, size, or quantity, email support@shadepax.com immediately with:

The correction you need
We will try to update your order before it is processed. However, modifications are not guaranteed once fulfillment has started.
Address Changes
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us right away at support@shadepax.com. If your order has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to update the address.
If the order has already shipped:

We are unable to reroute or change the address with the carrier in most cases.

If the package is returned to us, we can reship it to a corrected address. An additional shipping fee will apply.

We cannot reimburse shipping fees for delays, lost packages, or cancellations caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
Orders That Cannot Be Canceled
Your order cannot be canceled if:

It has already been processed or shipped

A tracking number has been created

Delivery is already in progress or completed
In these cases, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for your options after delivery.
Shipping Fees And Non-Refundable Charges
Original shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped. If we reship an order due to an address correction or refused/undeliverable package, an additional shipping charge will be required.
